Thus the mentioned bodies and persons are operators irrespective of inclusion in the register of operators who carry out processing of the personal data which is kept by Roskomnadzor.
1.1.6. "Disclosure of information containing personal data" - an act or omission resulting in the information containing personal data becoming known to third parties in any possible form (oral, written or otherwise, including by technical means) without the consent of the holder of such information or contrary to an employment or civil law contract.
1.1.7. "User of the website "Spain Football Academy" (hereinafter -User)" - a person who has access to the Website through the Internet and uses the Website "Spain Football Academy".

6. PARTY OBLIGATIONS
6.1. The User shall:

7. PARTY LIABILITY
7.1. The Website Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be responsible for the losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases, stipulated by the clauses of the Regulations. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of the Confidential Information, the Website Administration shall not be liable in case the Confidential Information is lost:

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before filing a claim in court on disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the website "Spain Football Academy" and the Administration of the website, it is mandatory to submit a claim (written proposal). on voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notify the applicant in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1. The Website Administration shall be entitled to amend this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy will take effect from the moment it is posted on the Website "Spain Football Academy", unless the new version of the Privacy Policy provides otherwise.
9.3.
