Terms and conditions of sale

 

By making a purchase, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.


A purchase is not final until it is accepted by Spain Football Academy FC, S.L.


Spain Football Academy FC, S.L. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, and may refund the amount paid by the customer, being exempt from any other obligation.


Your order will begin to be processed immediately after clicking on "Pay now" on the page. Once payment has been made, cancellations can only be made by email to: welcome@spain-football.com or by telephone on +34 (910) 91 80 87.


Once the order has been sent, the cancellation will be processed as a return. To make the cancellation you will need the contract number and, in case of partial cancellation, the details of the contract to be cancelled.


The cancellation policy is applicable to people who wish to cancel their enrolment or registration in training, tests, courses and events of Spain Football Academy FC, S.L. Enrolment in any training or event implies acceptance of the following conditions:


1. Applicable Regulations

These General Terms and Conditions are subject, among others, to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions, the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and other applicable regulations.


2. Contracting

The User will have access to the online payment service to pay for a course, test, event and/or book a place on the official website: https://spain-football.com.


3. Withdrawal

The holder of the voucher for the purchase of the test, event, course and/or counselling shall have the right to withdraw from the contract, provided that he/she communicates this within 14 calendar days of contracting the service, provided that the service has not been executed or provided.


In the case of payment of 50 % of the final price of the product, course, event, training and/or test, withdrawal and cancellation shall not be admissible and the amount shall not be refunded, even if the right of withdrawal is exercised.


In the case of the supply of goods and/or products, with regard to the non-application of the right of withdrawal, the provisions of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, shall apply.


The cancellation must be communicated unequivocally to Spain Football Academy FC, S.L., by email to welcome@spain-football.com, before the end of the period of 14 calendar days.


Spain Football Academy FC, S.L. will reimburse the user, within a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the date of notification of the withdrawal, except in the case that the User must return goods or products that are in their possession and that have to be returned due to the withdrawal, in which case the period will begin to count from the return of the product or good or the accreditation of having proceeded to such return, for which there is a period, also of 14 calendar days.


Cancellations must be reported in writing, by sending an email to welcome@spain-football.com. Cancellations informed by any other means will not be accepted. This email must contain all the details of the registration, adding name and surname, date and contact details.


In the event of cancellation of the course, test and/or event by the user, once the aforementioned period of 14 calendar days has elapsed or the course, test and/or event has begun, no amount will be refunded for cancellation unless the student alleges a major cause, in which case the substitution policy will apply.


4. Substitution policy

If the registered person is unable to participate in the course and prior notice is given at least 15 calendar days before the date of the course, or once the course has started and the person is unable to follow it due to force majeure, another person may be substituted. To do so, you must first request the change at welcome@spain-football.com.


5. Cancellation policy

Spain Football Academy FC, S.L. reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course, test or event if there are not enough registered participants, or if the trainers, for justified major cause, are unable to attend. Payments received for registrations will be fully refunded without any possibility of any kind of compensation.


6. Ownership

The contents provided by Spain Football Academy FC, S.L. are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights and are the exclusive property of Spain Football Academy FC, S.L. or of the natural or legal persons that are informed. By means of the acquisition of a product and/or service, Spain Football Academy FC, S.L. does not confer to the purchaser any right of alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication on the same, reserving Spain Football Academy FC, S.L. all these rights.


Spain Football Academy FC, S.L. informs that it does not grant any implicit licence or authorisation on the intellectual and/or industrial property rights or on any other right or property related, directly or indirectly, with the contents included in the web.

By registering for the course, test and/or event, the user accepts all the terms contained in this policy described above.


In the event of non-compliance with any of the aspects, legal action may be taken. Spain Football Academy FC, S.L. and the user, renouncing their own jurisdiction if any, expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid for the litigious discussion of any matter arising from the interpretation or execution of the above clauses.


7. Refund

Once the refund has been verified, the amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days to the same means of payment used to make the payment.
